When MI Company's Deny Coverage !!

Hello Blogland!

You guys were interested in those Lowe's coupons, huh? Happy to send them! Here's something I've decided to try, a widget. Let me know if this is helpful!

On the buyer's side, I recently experienced when an MI company denies MI based on the "declining market" status. This was fortunately for my buyers, ok. However, the implications of this could have been a deal breaker, so I wanted to share with all sellers and buyers out there: be careful of trying to get a "great deal" in a subdivision that hasn't had very many recent sales...unless you can afford to put 10% down versus 3.5% (FHA minimum). Have questions? E-mail me at jencarstensen@kw.com and I'll be happy to go into more detail.

Need to sell but are not sure at what price the home will sell for? Let me e-mail you a free market analysis to give you all the facts so you can make a decision!
