Inspirational Story About a First-time Homebuyer

Tom is a buddy of mine; he talks all the time about his great job in downtown Memphis and how much he loves the energy of the city. Where he lived, however, was a different story. Tom's apartment was horrible; the roof leaked, the windows leaked, it was too hot in the summer and too cold in the winter.

 As far as the neighborhood went, well, Tom's car was broken into so many times that he finally just left the windows down and the car empty.
